Ron started Imperial Rubber Products over 20 years ago, after almost two decades in the industry. He is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and ultimately responsible for ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with every interaction with the company.
 Bob Schwartz

Bob has over 25 years experience in the roller and associated industries and is well known to customers throughout the United States. He leads our direct sales effort and is responsible for matching customer needs with Imperial’s production capabilities.
 Steve Huff

Steve is a leading technical authority in the roller industry, with extensive experience in coating and process development. He holds a BA in Engineering Physics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Steve holds domestic and international patents in his field. He is the technical voice of Imperial and ensures that we have a thorough understanding of customer applications and technical requirements reflected in all our processes.
 Hector Cordova
Production Manager

Hector has almost 20 years experience in the roller industry. He has a quality control background and started at Imperial as our Quality Assurance Manager. He specializes in building precision rolls and in new product development. He is responsible for all quality and manufacturing of outbound product.

Pre-Production Manager

Ray has a production and management background spanning 20 years. He specializes in knowing the details of what every customer needs and ensures that their requirements and specifications are accurately incorporated into our internal manufacturing and quality control processes.
 Jojo San Jose
Controller

Jojo started working for Ron Hill before he started the company. She has almost 30 years experience in accounting. She is responsible for all Finance, Human Resources and Administrative activities at the company.
